They always have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But evolution begins with honesty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>about what works well<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>about what works poorly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>about what is rewarded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>about what is missing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognizing the limits of a pharmaceutical-centric model is not anti-medicine.
